Bagel Egg Sandwich from KrazyTxan

2 Sara Lee plain mini bagels
1 wedge laughing cow cheese
1/2 cup Garden Variety Eggbeater or Southwestern Style egg beater.

Take bagel and slice in half.
Toast.
Divide laughing cow cheese into 4 parts and spread over the bagel.
Place a squirt of pam in a pan and scramble the eggbeaters. Place them on the bagel.
