Chicken Stir Fry

 

8 oz Chicken Breast                                                 8 pts

2 tsp vegetable oil                                                  2 pts

28 oz can LaChoy Stir-Fry Vegetables                1 pts

Soy Sauce                                                                 0 pts

2 Tbsp Corn Starch to Thicken                                   1 pt

Slice chicken breast into very thin slices.  Heat wok or fry pan.  Put oil in pan and swirl to coat.  Stir fry chicken breast till cooked through.  Add vegetables and heat.  Add soy sauce to taste.  Mix Corn Starch with a little water and add to liquid in pan to thicken.

 

This makes a ton of food.  We split this between the two of us and have a really delicious meal and a lot of it for only 6 points!  I also add whatever other veggies I have on hand.  Onion, mushrooms, broccoli.  Really easy and very good!
