FLATBREAD PEPPERONI & VEGGIE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

1 Slice Flat Out flatbread

Marinara sauce (1 point)

Hormel Turkey pepperoni 17 slices

Favorite Veggies

Low moisture, part skim mozzarella cheese (1/4 cup)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

On a greased cookie sheet, place flatbread.

Spoon on marinara sauce onto flatbread.

Place 17 slices of turkey pepperoni onto flatbread.

Cut up favorite veggies and place on flatbread.

Cover with mozzarella cheese – we use ¼ cup to cover.

Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
