Pineapple Angel Food Cake

 

1 box Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake mix

1 large can pineapple chunks in it’s own juice

 

In a large bowl, using a wodden spoon, combine the dry Duncan Hines mix (Do NOT add anything to it) and the pineapple with it’s juice.

 

Spray an 11 x 13 pan with butter spread and pour the cake mix in.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and cover loosely with foil, then bake an additional 5 minutes.  Serve with powdered sugar on top or non-fat dairy cream.
